Towing

I want your estimate of how much would be a fair price if I wanted a car towed.

The car needs to be towed 79 miles. Its coming from Santa Ana and is going to Frisco.

I got some estimates as high as $400-$600 What do you think is a fair price?

Im not sure how much AAA costs per year but I pretty sure they will tow you 100 miles.

But you also have to watch out, because sometimes the tow truck drivers try to screw you by saying you have to pay them.

Some places you do have to pay the tow truck, THEN claim it at AAA and they'll refund ya ur money. I have AAA, and pay i think 20 a month, but thats only for 25 miles of towing. I had my car last winter towed about 60 miles n it cost me about $150.
