The best all around spitters in the game change usually every 5 years for me. for example.

1980-1984-Melle Mel(Kool Moe Dee is close though)


1885-1989-Rakim(KRS-1 comes close. D.O.C. would of got the nod but only had dropped 1 album)

1990-1994-Scarface(Alot of people would debate Ice Cube but I'm rollin with Face)

1995-1999-Brotha Lynch Hung(Most would say Pac or Biggie but Lynch was that nigga to me. Fuck what anybody says.)

2000-2004-Tech N9ne(no one comes close. Sorry)

2005-Present-Tech N9ne(i still hear no one fuckin with dude. He's lasted on my personal top list longer then any other rapper. So there u have it.)

Now Tech aint my favorite rapper. Lynch & Mitchy Slick are my favs but Tech is still the coldest emcee out right now.

I really agree with that. I'd take Lynch over Pac and Biggie anyday.
