I figure the new Delinquents album would be in that top ten but a month later and it still hasn't arrived in the mail

Reek Daddy & PSD's albums this year were both nice but not solid enough to be top 10 material, the Done Deal mixtape was the tightest thing all year but not really an album.. EA Ski Past & Present was cool, and of course BART TO THE 91 SICCNESS was THE SHIT :classic: and Bay Area Playas 5 was also pretty clean, but both are comps.

Also I swoop everything they put out and love their CD's, but I didn't really feel the albums this year from Too Short or Jay Tee, thats just my view though.
