That song Player's Holiday was from the album Derty Werk by Ant Banks' group TWDY which consists of: Ant Banks, Captain Save Em', and 4-Tay!!!

I've been had that cd since it came out & Lead The Way which came out a year laterrr......

I can't beleeeve ya never knew about them and ya from the Bay!!!!!!

I thought it was 99 too short says somethin about 2000 in it, but yeah its a dope video i heard the song this morning on some mix on 102.5 or 106.1 sent me back into a whole different time frame of good bay music, when 2short was on MTV and stuff like that, Good bay shit

speaking of classic stuff..... i was thinkin today... i was listening to the POP YA COLLA song by quinn messy and e-40.... i was thinkin dam they should Re-Do this song... remaster it same beat n shit make a video for it and put it onna new official cd because that song is STILL one of my favorite tracks outta the bay area.... anyone agree or should i shut up?? haha

naw mayne... that track slapps hella hard, i love knockin that shit... i agree, it'd be sick if they redid it...but i don't think it'll happen.

Damn! Dope video! I never seen that shit before. I remember buying the album when that shit came out in '99. Still knock it from time to time. It always reminds me of Hong Kong. We was off in this club and they put on "Lovely Day" by Bill Withers (the inspiration for "Player's Holiday") and I just happened to have Derty Werk with me. I walked straight to the D.J. and had him play that shit. LOL! The crowd was lovin' it too. Everybody wanting to know who it was. Great memories!

players holiday is a certified westcoast classic......they play it every couple of days on my local radio station old school at noon hour....waits for twdy to drop another classic cd
