that's the first thing I did. well second thing I did, I clicked the link first. then I typed best buy.com in a new window, searched for samsung tv, clicked on the view all tv's, sorted by price, badafuckingbing.

edit: actually, they changed it. the price is now $1,699.99 and it is sold out online.

It was worth a try. That would be a good scam if someone used a phishing site. When I clicked to buy it said the security certificate was not authentic. Imagine if someone set up a website in a third world country and got 1000 people to give them $35 in one night thinking they are getting over.

LOL a lawsuit would be a huge waste of time.

It might seem unfair, but Best Buy and most online retailers have error policies buyers agree to (usually without reading the terms) before making a purchase.

Here's an excerpt of Best Buy's policy: "Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Best Buy reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged."
