I hate that some places marinate chicken in some fucking water to make it not as dry, thinking that'll make the meat hella tender. fuck that shit, it be ruining the tortilla after that, middle hella splits after 2 bites and you're stuck with a plate full of chicken and 2-4 halves of corn tortillas in your hand.


marinated chicken in the spicy red shit usually be good in burritos, but I like grilled chicken in the tacos
