woke up at an odd hour this morning because i fell asleep during the falcons game. wake up turn on the news and see about 5 news reports about the feds being ordered to not prosecute medical cannabbis card holders. Im proud i voted for Obama.:cool:

I think a Medical Card was my best investment ever.

I take it that its pretty much in reference to someone from the hillside of vallejo. kinda like a cuddie is to the triple c or susider is to south vallejo. put on any old click albums and you'll hear it on the constant.

and yeah the spelling is probally way off. maybe a e40 fanatic could clarify lol.
