How would you say "UPSIDE DOWN" with the word "fuck" cause i just noticed i say it like this:

UP-fuck-SIDE DOWN

Would you say it before, after, somewhere in the moddle like me? Say if you were tired of giving someone the same directions over and over, so you yell it at them with the "F" Word in there.
