the big ass pot is called a "cazo" and their usually made out of copper, fill it up about half way with lard/"manteca" and let it boil 4 a while than throw in da chunks of seasoned prok meat, stir occasionally so they dont stick to the pot, and every once in a while throw some water and salt combination in there to salten the meet. The big ass wooden paddle is just regular wood thats been cleaned and cured to survive the heat and not taint your food. i'll take a picture of my dads equipment later. Good ass food.
