I dont subscribe to the trends or 'hot' bullshit but I got to admit I heard this cd the other day and 2 chainz got off its a dope cd, worth the buy.. im not a huge fan of his style of rap but He does speak on some real shit, and he aint no OverNight nigga, Tity Boi been putting in WORK for years and just finally getting some shine. gotta respect his dedication and hustle. He took the current 'swag rap' and flipped it in his trap perspective and so far hasnt done anything questionable to Fit In.

if you hear this shit in the club are you gonna sit there and analyze the lyrics? no... there's a time in a place for all different types of music.
I admit, I used to be like you with certain rappers, then I decided not to take music so seriously and enjoy it for it is.
same reason people listen to trap music. not all rap/hip hop has to be on some lyrical shit

^tell me then, why u listen to 2chainz....just curious. he doesnt got any personality/swag that countless other trap rappers do. at least not in my opinion. at least other trap rappers will have a hilarious comment here and there.
funny story tho, i was gettin coffee early sunday morning in the city hungover from the night before, and it was at one of those hipster coffee stalls they got off Fell st...this hipster chick is making my coffee then all off a sudden 2 chainz starts blaring on the radio...this girl goes absolutely nuts, starts talkin about 'I looooooove 2 chainz' all dancing and shit. Keep in mind this girl was your typical punk rock looking beezy. I was amazed. Buy yea, cool story

I listen to 2 Chainz because I like his music, that's about it. I think he does have his own personality/swag, that's my opinion though. I think he has a dope voice, has good charisma on the mic. and like 0R0 says below, says some funny ass shit, and his music is just fun

why are you so worried. You look more lame by the post if you dont like him so much then why did you click on this thread and keep replying? when some yall be posting that new local bay trash on i dont click on the link bc im not interested. he dont have to be lyrical point is he shining now and making more money then you and most the so called lyrical rappers and at teh end of teh day thats all that matters. 2 chainz is in popular demand and heavy rotation now so learn to accept it or dont pay attention.
