Vince Young looked horrible (as usual). He had time to throw, his timing and mechanics are off. The Titans o-line is fine it's Vince and Lendale... two overrated mf's.

how is lendale overrated when he hardly gets talked about?

vince had people in his face all night against the raiders.....im not sure what you consider "time" but it was deff not enough time for our WRs to get open....i tivoed the game and recaped every VY throw that game (wasnt hard he was only in there for a qt and less then half) and only 1 time did he miss throw on a open wideout.....

he also had WRs drop two passes....

looks like the cut pounds are helping...lendale is a redzone hog...

he looks a like hes got his college explosivness back...he wont outrun many players but he usually gets to the LOS extremly quick...

Props for lendale for cutting back on the McDonalds.....KFC...Southern bbq.....and cupcakes....

Props to lendale but he still has proven nothing more than being an excellent goal line back this season. It also helps that the titans have one of the best o-lines in the entire nfl. Chris Johnson has been way more impressive this season.

id take the fat man easily over what raiders fan consider a "great" RB...

id take Lendale over a lot of RBs actually....he is a solid rb and when the wheather gets worse he gets better...you dont lead the leauge in rushing TDs halfway threw a season by mistake...

if he gets 6 or 7 more tds before the season is over he MAY BE in the talks for a probowl....thats A LOT of tds and the usual RB locks probowlers (larry johnson,willie parker,willis mcgahee) arent looking to "elite"...

Lendale White/Pro-Bowl? Yeah right... how many goal line backs have made the pro-bowl?

Frank Gore is pretty much a lock for the pro-bowl because he's leading the league in "total yards" from scrimmage.

Wait...what? Im confused by this. Why does White have 0 TD's? By this exact comparison, White and Fargas are EXACTLY the same. What would make you take White over Fargas?

White does NOT lead the league in Rushing...Matter of fact, he isnt even in the top 20 in rushing. He is 29th to be exact.

He averages 46.5 YPG. That is second worst in the league for any rusher with at least 90 carries (J. Stewart is worse...but he is also a rookie).

LenDales longest TD run is 80 yds....his second longest TD run? 2 yds. 9 of his 10 TD's have been under 2 yds.

Lendale's longest RUN...was 80 yds. His second longest? 17 yds. Three times he had a long run of 5 yds or less for a game.

I understand that Chris Johnson is the featured back, but dont hype up goaline TD's like they deserve pro-bowl submissions. The Titans are a RUSHING team. Just becuase a player has 10 TD's, does NOT mean he is an elite back. It simply means he can score from a yard out...which isnt all that hard. However, it did take 3 downs to go a yard and a half for that first TD by the Titans last night...

PS - The Titans line is very good as well. That always helps in a rushing offense.

lendale isnt an elite back yet.....but if he stays on pace he will be in the running for the probowl whether you bitch about it or not....if he gets 20 tds i can say he would easily be a alternative....

goaline back or not.....20 tds looks good in the eyes of a lot of people
