the card will get the case thrown out. but you have to set a court date to petition the court to get your weed back. its popo policy to arrest anyways and let courts figure it out. it sucks ass but its better than catching a case. they threw out a possession and possession for sales case,that i had for insufficient evidence for me when i had my card, never got my weed back though cause i hate court and i was sick of going. weed grows on trees so its not like you cant get more...

it all depends on the cop, if u get a down one then he wont do shit but if u get a bitch (the majority) then he can arrest u but if u got a card then chances are the case will get thrown out. If u smokin while u drivin u can get arrested for drivin under the influence even if u have a card. Good luck with everything tho cause that sucks for real
well I got my car back.....just got the shit today, and it took hella long....so friday I got my insurance and went to the dmv and thought I got my L's back.....but NNOOOooOOooOOOoo.....the broad kept forgetting to do shit and she just unsuspended my L's but didn't reissue it, so today when I go in to the police station they say I still need to get my L's which might take up to 10 FUCKING DAYS TO MAIL!!!! I was hella pissed......so I go to the dmv again and woman there is like "oh, the cop never put in the paperwork saying he took your L's" I look down at the paper he gave me saying he took the L's and at the bottom of the yellow paper I notice that the pink copy goes to me, the yellow goes to the dmv and the white goes to the police or someshit like that.....so he hella fucked up on that shit too....so I get that shit, go back to the police station and they tell me they don't take checks and I don't have $130 on me...I was about to have to go all the way to oakland to get money and come back, but the homie let me borrow that shit and he was in the rich....so I go back to the police station again and finally get the silly paper and go to the tow yard who also tell me no checks, and I know I can't borrow $850 from noone so I was hella pissed...I didn't think I'd have enough time to go to the O and back before it closed, but I asked them to try my debit card and for some reason that shit worked (I think I got about $18 in there) they give me my car and there's dumb ass writing on the window and they were acting like assholes not wanting to take that shit off.....muthafuckas write on my shit and act like its my duty to clean up that shit :ermm: its just good to be mobile tho....now I gotta go fight this weed ticket & get my property back.....

I went into court on the first of may, and they still don't have my shit in the system.....so hopefully they just lost the shit.....although I do wanna be reimbursed for my stolen weed, I know the price of the ticket is gonna be hella expensive for the other shit.....I'll deal with being out $110 worth of weed then getting that shit back and having to pay hella fines and shit....
