Rattay is a solid #2 QB, a mop up guy. Alex Smith needs to get on the gas with his learning curve. I saw an interview with his coach from Utah, and he said that Smith is the type of cat who won't be confident or comfortable until he knows the playbook back and forth, so hopefully that fool is hittin the book right now.
