basically the outlawz are sayin that tech never had permission to record his verse on thugs get lonely too.

tellin it like he did it just for a quick hit to get himself known, and how he is friends w/ the outlawz but they were pissed that he did it. they said he shulda went about it the right way and went to pacs mom/them/people who had say in it and got permission to do the track. they say what tech did is just as bad to pacs name as what Eminem and 50 are doing today, and they dont like it one bit.

You talkin about the new version of it right?

Well, the way I look at it he did the original hook to the song, and a few years later just threw a verse onto it. I mean, it was technically unfinished, so tech finished it up the way it shoulda been done, and then Em did his version the way he wanted it done. Em fucked it all up by taking his voice out of the original recording in the first place.

Personally, I think it woulda turned out better if Tech recorded his verse the same year Pac did his, cuz it basically sounds like he put a new verse on an old song.

My view is that it shoulda just been left the way it was, with like 4 pac verses and Tech for the hook, the original way I heard the shit. I downloaded the song again and got the one with tech's new verse on it, then I heard loyal to the game. I see where outlawz are comin from, but Tech does the hook so wtf? He was SUPPOSED to have a verse recorded back in the day right? EM went and fucked with it and seems like he slowed Pac's flow down or someshit and switched up a beat that sounds like an eminem song. You gotta also mention Tech hasnt released the song on a CD trying to generate sales from it. I think he just did it to finish the shit up, and the people who heard the original with techs voice for the hook might be thinkin "whos that?" well, now they know.

the song was finished before tech got added. they took off a pac verse to put tech on.
Now I know they took off one of Pacs verses and replaced it with a Tech verse.

But...

The song was never finished. There was supposed to be a Tech verse in the first place, if im not mistaken. Im pretty sure there is an interview floating around that addresses this subject and Tech basically states that he just never recorded his verse before 'Pac died, so it never happened. if I find it I'll post the link.

In reguards to Tech being on that song....it was a collaborated effort with QD3....

For Edi, or Castro(not sure which one was talking) to come out and put Tech in the same pool as 50 and Em is lame. To the best of my knowledge QD3 came to Tech and wanted to put him on the song. Tech jumped at the chance like any rapper would. He never intended to put it on any of his albums or make fame off of Pac's legacy like the Outlawz imply. The song was never even released and it only surfaced after it got on to the Makavelli bootlegs. But hopefully Tech will talk to them and get it straightend out.
