I think where these type of things are shot are almost irrelevent. Its not the places these people are filming, its the clowns they can get doing stupid shit on camera that they care about. I'd say whatever large city youd go to with these people they ask people to be on camera, they say no, and they move on until they find "those" people, or that group, that is going to dance on their car and take their pants off and shit. Its selective filming to play to a certain audience. For example when Bill Oreilly did the segment about SF everyone interviewed was either a gangbanger, homeless, smoking weed on film, or a hooker something. If the cameraman actually just started filming everyone it would just be a bunch of normal people, and thats not what his right wing middle america audience wants to see. People want to see people acting stupid in bad neighborhoods, so thats what they shoot, and I'd bet if they went to Detroit they would find somebody to do that dumb shit, not lots of people, maybe less people willing to do stuff then a different city, but I would bet my life you could go to any city in America with a population over 75k and find at least a handfull to pull out a gun and toss money on the ground. IMO.
