Well yeah, smart enough to not flash pistols on home movies. These videos are literally 5-10 year FELONIES. All you need to do is hunt down every nigga pictured, arrest them, wait for trial, show the video and THEY'RE IN THE PEN FOR A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS.

When i went down to Watts, Compton, San Diego, Sacramento, I told everyone I didnt want them to flash guns or any type of drug... just the fact I aint tryna incriminate them.
