I just got a lil part time gig at this thrift store thats literally across the street from my pad. seems cool. everyone i work with keeps tellin me ima come up on some cool shit workin over there. i never gone to a thrift store in my life.

Ive been to a few before. Just wash the shit twice after you wear it. Youll find some cool shit. Just go to the ones that buy used clothes. Like Buffalo Exchange they have some in Shattuck and Telegraph in Berkely and on Haight St.. Workers told me that since the recession, people are desperate and selling their clothes. They got some Designer clothes and everything youll see at the macy's and shit in those stores but I dont know about the regular thrift stores where people just give away shit.

My homie use to come up at those places. His family is filipino and whenever they come back from their Homeland, they always bring him bootleg gucci, burberry clothes. His family gets them for $5 each and he brings them over to them stores and they buy them off him for $40 each. They never know they are fake. lol

you can find some throwback shit there. starter jackets and all that. lamps and shit are abundent there, same with books and toys. usually have movies for cheap too. there really are some gems in them shits. i imagine big city ones would be a better chance to turn up a "hidden fortune"
