Three new characters have been confirmed for SFIV!

Fei Long and Dan are joining the IV's roster; and a new boss, Seth, "The Puppet Master", who is apparently the CEO of Shadowloo's weapons division, S.I.N... His body has been modified using cutting-edge technology, and he looks strikingly reminiscent of Urien.
