Have u ever heard any music from buchanon, cam city, or PAC b? How can u judge the music if you've never heard it? Ever heard of the super producer cozmo? Ask him about buchanon! Once u hear his shit u will change ya mind! Cam city got his own following and fans. PAC b just getting started But has a bright future ahead of him! These ain't no fly by night niggas everybody that we working with will & can hold there on!
i said i never heard of them so that basicallymeans ive never heard the people ive mentioned and i never said they are garbage i said thizz city looks garbage so double check your reading before you get defensive. im all about new music and i can feel them on wanting to step frisco's new artist's up. And no matter how dope they are nothing compares to town thizzness group wise.

thizz ent, thizz latin, thizz south, town thizzness, thizz city, and thizz asian which i dont think ever took off... dont really see the point of all these different label names but maybe thats just me.

The point is to show people each city has its own sound and style. The hyphy movement had everybody lumped up in one category and sound. As you know Oakland has a different sound then Frisco does. We just want to cultivate the sound of each individual city and bring back the diversity of the bay area.

I appreciate Thiz City for so many different reason i won't get to deep but what i take from it is not a competition about who has the better line up..I look at it as them branching... Alot of labels do it like def jam with def jam south,50 did it with Buck (g unit south)....! Not only that but Killa Kiese, and Cam City are my family and coming from where we come from im proud to see them get the opportunity to get that push they deserve it plus them cats don't just rap they some real real real niggas...!

and no disrespect to any of the individual artists but i'm getting tired of bay music (and hip hop music period) where all anyone ever talks about is getting money, killing other black males, fuckin bitches, and poppin thizz and sippin lean.

Unfortunately that is what is going on in the community and it is reflected in the music. These kids are frustrated and the music is there expression of there frustration of the living conditions. On the other side there are artist like yourself that balance it out.

at livewire209 supporting Town Thizzness is enough. No artist is gonna be liked by everybody so hopefully we will have at least one artist you like if not we will continue to give you quality Town Thizzness projects.

Those projects are just features from one side of Vallejo with the exception of Lil Bruce and a few others. Also those projects had other city artist on them too. Hasn't been a project that was geared towards uniting the city of Vallejo and showcasing the new talent like town thizz & Thizz city.
It would be nice to hear some non crest side vallejo rappers for a change. It doesn't help that 40 only signs family members on sick wid it apparently, with the exception of Laroo and nump.

Thizz, how you pick the artist for Town Thizzness? I know of some niggaz who got some koo shit tryin'a push the town.
By work ethic and buzz in Oakland. Both industry buzz and street buzz. Plenty of rappers have buzz in like the valley and other places but we look for music that reflects what people in the town are listening to. Or if an artist has a big buzz within the Oakland industry scene. Like if rappers and producers keep saying that an artist is dope.

HERE GO A SONG BY BUCHANAN:

http://www.baycentrik.com/slaps.php?subaction=showfull&id=1272460722&archive=&start_from=&ucat=6&

SONG WAS TOO GENERIC FOR ME, I HEARD SUMTHIN ELSE FROM HIM & JUS WASNT FEELIN IT, THATS JUS MY OPINION
We will be dropping his Mainey Music mixtape next week and that will give you a better idea of where he's at now. It is dope and a better representation of what he's on right now. Also the group 101 which is Buchanan, Davinci, Cousin Fik and Cozmo has some dope shit coming too

i can dig that. but (honest question) do you think that the music can help change these conditions? or would you say theres a lot of artists (not necessarily y'all camp) that are talking about this stuff because they think that's what's hot and they tryin to get on?? especially when most rap music these days is bought by white males from the burbs.
