This dude came to me a few months ago lookin' to buy beats from me. He actually Did a verse on a friend of mine's Track(It ended up bein' erased anyways). He came to me after tryin' to do this track with my boy. He ended up flakin' on tha track, cuz he wasn't feelin' tha concept of tha Song. He Said tha beat was cool though.
My boy kept buggin' him about it. Then he's hittin' me up for beats. So I have him over for a meeting to discuss future business with him. He's like "yeah, I'm down". So I tell him my price, $100 for each song(and that includes, Beat, recording, and mixing) He's like, "Damn thatz a lot homie, Blah, Blah, Blah, My uncle used to own a studio and we would pay $40 for each session Blah, Blah, Blah." Considering that was family, and shit, I wasn't willing to cut my prices. He said he was down. So he brings some Cd's in of the type of shit he wants to do. And he's like "I like UGK, I want beats like UGK" I told him That I would Make beats, And If he liked 'em coo, Then I'll sell him some. But I told Him, that I don't do Dirty south Type Beats, I don't even listen to the shit, much less even like it. And he's bitchin' about how his uncle's is cheaper(even though His uncle doesn't do tha shit anymore), and that he just bought a car, and how he has no money. And Why would I hook this dude Up, I barely even know him(nothing is this world is free). He never ended up hittin' me back about Coppin' beats offa me. He asked my other homie about(who charges more). He flaked on him too. I knew from tha minute I met this dude, He was not serious, and that If he did start on a Project, He wouldn't see it through, Just lose interest after the first couple songs. And thatz the same way his homie feels. Then he's like I wanna Watch you make the beats dawg. So I let him sit on a session, and I'm searching through my Sound Modules lookin' for a sound to start off with. Every sound, He's like "Naw, Naw, Nope, Naw, No Way" Fuckin' Rookies. This happened a while back anyways, never heard from tha dude, and never want to. LOL! Just thought this situation was kind of funny, thatz Why I posted this
