thinkin bout reenlistment

i dont know if you all know me but ive been around for a minute...i just dont post much on here cuz im a busy mafucka...
any if you dont know me im a 22 year old marine currently deployed in this shit hole iraq...but my time in the marines is coming to an end and im starting to think about what to do...
i know i want to work the firedept. one day but i think i should enlist longer to get more training in that feild that way when i touch down on the civilian world again i will not only have the marine corps on my resume but also prior work in the military.But im really confused and i know its my life and i should do what i do...but i was just wonderin what other people thought...maybe someone out there was i my shoes long ago who knows....

if you wanna be a fireman you dont have to stay in the military longer than your initial enlistment. you already have the training and work experience needed to use on your resume. if you enrolled in the gi bill you can just get out and go to school if not enough training is what your worried about. they cut you a checc every month just to school, as well as your other benefits for being a veteran. the military dont pay you enough, if i were you id get the fucc out, you'll be making more $$$ without all the bullshit that comes w/ the military. im talking from experience, good lucc
