You need to learn more about "Hip Hop Quotation" becasue that was not biting. Biting is when you try to get away with it. Every knows that was Pac's line, Yuk quoting him is just a sign of respect. Everybody does that from Keak Da Sneak to Jay-z(Though Jay-Z does it too much).
