The judge that could given the dude VOP decided against it...had he given VOP....he would've been in jail already. The judge is now getting death threats via phone and email
I think he killed her because he saw that he was about to be identified by the video camera. Who knows maybe he just intended torape her and let her go. I'd like to know the time of death. Still he should be hung by his nuts from somthing and stuck with pine needles.
