First a grilled cheese sandwich, a pretzel and a chicken breast -- now a Florida woman claims to have a holy sour cream and onion potato chip.
Rosalie Lawson of St. Petersburg, Fla., says an oval chip she pulled from a Lay's bag has the image of Jesus on it, the St. Petersburg, Fla., Times reported.
She said everyone she has shown photos of the chip agrees it looks like Jesus, the newspaper said.
Lawson said she and her husband have not yet decided what to do with the chip.
How do you even say, 'Guess what? I have a potato chip that looks like Jesus. Do you want to buy it?' she said. I don't know if we're going to try and sell it or what yet.
The GoldenPalace online casino paid $28,000 for a 10-year-old grilled cheese sandwich that reportedly bears the image of the Virgin Mary; $10,600 for a pretzel that looks like Mary cradling the infant Jesus; and $232.50 for a chicken breast that resembles the late Pope John Paul II.
For now, Lawson said, she's going to keep the Jesus chip in a jar in her kitchen.
