but when you talk about so-and-so artist is gonna blow tech up, and that The Sound of Revenge sucks, record sales do mean shit. just because you dont like cham, doesnt mean that many others dont. like i said before, just because he isnt a Bay rapper, or hasn't done a song with ICP, doesnt mean you have to hate.
Cham hit #10 with his 1st major label album, E-40's hit #13, and he hasn't had an album in the top 10 since fucking 1996.
Now lets look at Eminem. The Slim Shady LP hit #2, The Marshall Mathers LP hit #1, Eminem Show hit #1, Encore #1, and Curtain Call #1. By the way, looking at the current Billboard Top 200, Curtain Call is at #8, E-40 isn't even on there. Eminem has so many fucking groupie bitches he could say "Hey, you should check out that new Barney CD." and they would all go running and buy every one on the damn shelf.
Face it, E-40 isn't going to blow Tech up, if anything, Em will. I'm in no way saying E-40 sucks, don't get me wrong, I'm just saying that, based on how the mainstream is today, Em will bring more success to Tech then E-40 will. But either way, we are all going to have to wait and see anyways, and hope that the people promoting Everready get the job done.
