Ben Harper wasn't that bad. Other than the fact he played for 2 fucking hours. Seemed to really love and appreciate the audience, which I think is cool.

SIDE NOTE: Encore's......when are people gonna realize they're BULL SHIT! I think the only time an encore should happen is if people chant for 20 min+ but then only the band members that want to come out should. Imagine if just the bassist and the drummer came out and was like fuck it. We'll jam for a while, and just played some dope off the cuff type of shit. Don't save all the fucking songs people want to hear for your 8 song encore. If they just need a break they should say that. "Hey, I need a beer and a couple bong tokes. I'll be back in 10." Fine, thanks; enjoy. Don't send your guitar/drum techs out to pretend like they're packing shit up. People get so amped about encore's. I just don't get it.

Just saw Grails......I...those.....huh.....sound.....good.....wha....How....FUCK!

That was the second best show I've ever been to, only behind Lightning Bolt. I am a red cunt hair away from driving down to Portland tomorrow to see them again. So so so so so fucking good. What's lame is the place wasn't even half full. Seattle music fans really missed out tonight.

Emil Amos.....What a fucking AMAZING drummer. Plus, he killed it on guitar on a couple tracks. I'd have to say that he's right up there in my favorite musicians.
