Fuck, I totally forgot to take pictures the next day. As you can see from my pics, I added caramelized onions and roasted tomatoes to mine and I also sliced the meat up.
It was good, but you cant really go wrong with good beef, blue cheese, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes. It's fun because its a novel form, but for at home, I'd rather have the same ingredients on a toasted baguette with some mixed greens and a vinegrette instead of the mustard/HR. But if I was going fishing, this shit would be perfect.
It worked good for traveling on a day of racing, but it is something I wouldn't make more than maybe once a year. It was fun to try, but isn't as over the top fantastic as it seems from pictures on the interwebz.
