mask out a BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST adjustment layer
that ONLY effects the book and brighten up the book a LIL bit....
other than that im diggin it.....

Appreciate the feedback! I already toned down the book some so you can actually tell its a book..just haven't reuploaded it..

I know its a outer glow.. I just said it makes it look fuzzy... if thats the intent, cool otherwise I would try to put a very thin 1 pixel stroke around the text to give more contrast. The cover looks good, it reminds me of the old Pen and Pixel covers.

Only think I might would change is that "Page x" for the Tracknumber. It fits to the concept, but the Tracklist seems a bit crowded with that.
