That is a well crafted commercial CROSSOVER record. It has the tempo, instrumentation, visual and subject matter to appeal to what is dominating the landscape of radio today. What I think is most important is that they stayed clear of the song+dance+skinny jeans= a "hit" formula. The video showed that they actually have a fan base, a track record, ect. I talk to those cats from time to time and they have a plan (which is more then most can honestly say). They stay in their lane and that is one of the keys to giving yourself a fighters chance in this game of "look at me."
