dads get screwed because they dont put the effort in and usually shows...courts will side more with the mom because for some reason everyone believes a child is better with the mother....not in every case

unfortunately, probably gonna have to get wicked on her and prove that she is an unfit person to have kids around...maybe she abuses the kids...(not sexually) like mentally....courts eat that mental mind fuck shit up

has to be made through the custody agreement...thats why he needs to go for full custody

if there was a time to be cheap, divorce shouldnt be one...need to pull out all stops...otherwise the bitch will win everything on the technicality that she has a vagina

Ive seen just regular baby mama drama get real ugly let lone divorce. Get a lawyer to build a case for full custody and hope she doesn't have any good dirt on you so shes paying you instead of the other way around. You don't wanna end up paying california alimony and child support that kind of money would destroy your average joe living in oklahoma where the cost of living is much lower.

First you say "dads get screwed because they dont put in the effort"....

Than you say "courts side with the mom because for some reason everyone believes a child is better with the mother"...

So does it really matter how much effort a father puts in if the courts are gonna side with the mom anyways...Which one is it...

Out here in California, All ive seen is the man get fucked over...Unless the mother is mentally unstable or does something drastically stupid...I'm sure there are cases were the man gets the better half, but not usually..

Its fucked up that people despise each other so much that they dont want thier children to see the other parent...Especially if the other parent tries and is a good father or mother....Nobody is perfect and its easy to see a speck of sand in someone elses eye, but not see the plank in our own.....

Congratulations, I'm kind of not kidding... I would never get married again if I got a divorce. You need to learn your lesson once.

What sucks is maybe not seeing your kids daily and child support can be a bitch... good luck man, you'll bounce back fine.

in most cases the father gets fucked because the court system believes that its better for a child to be with the mom for some reason...most cases where the father gets custody he has to put forth far more effort with the case...whether it be a pit bull of a lawyer and has to prove in some way or another the bitch is crazy or unfit...i have a few friends that got full custody after a lengthy court process...but hey at least they aint paying child support and the bitches are....in some cases also a bitch will say fuck it and give up custody in that sense you probably wouldnt want your kids with her any way....but if this broad is moving out of state for undisclosed reasons does she need to up root the kids just because she wants to run away or leave?...i dont know the whole situation...all i know is when kids get involved its not as simple as pack my shit and bounce to wherever the fuck i feel like...

i honestly dont see the point in a marriage...its just another aggravation/complication that i dont need or want...not saying if i dont get married its a free pass to do whatever, i believe in commitments, hell i'd get a ring...but i dont need all the paperwork or extra hassles
