I'm gonna put it this way from my point of view. People in tha town can feel and relate more to the music coming from the south as of right now. Hella people in Oakland hardley fuck with any bay artists with a few exceptions (Mob Figaz, LiveWire, PTB etc...)

Honestly i think it has a lot to do with not getting enough radio play, thats where it all starts and KMEL seems to usually only play bay tracks only at certain times, i could be wrong i dont listen to the radio at all. I rather listen to sports talk radio lol. the industry is just on some bullshit, only the Abc rappers seem to be popular these days, rappers that have flows dont seem to get that much play its seems
