i would like to point out that this is only week 2....and the fact is seattle is a good team..at home or against a mediocre team...the only thing i see the 49ers having an issue with currently is if the road to the super bowl goes through seattle in the playoffs...that might be a thing...hopefully, the niners can correct these serious issues though that they always seem to run into against seattle at home...

12 man is a load of shit...its not even the fans that make it louder its the way the stadium was built to handle the acoustical volumes...any word though if the record was broken or set?
Yes the record was broken. The design of the stadium helps amplify the noise but it takes 70,000 people screaming like crazy. All stadiums help amplify noise btw

Unsportsmanlike conduct in*Seattle

Was anyone else appalled by the unsportsmanlike conduct of the*Seattle Seahawks*and their fans, juiced on noise, which surely creates as big an advantage over an opponent as any performance enhancing drug and which, to their shame, NFL officials turn the same blind eye they have to concussions and drugs ("Seattle states case loudly, clearly in rout," Sports, Sept.*16)?

It would be simple to fix. Seahawks players and managers would ask their fans to cease and desist, and the NFL would implement a new rule: The visiting team may stop the game when fan noise is greater than a specified decibel level, and should this rule be violated in more than three games, no home games will be played at the offending field for the rest of the season, including playoff games. Things would quiet*down.

At a time when the world seems sour, sports give us a place of joy, community and hope, and to have it spoiled is a bigger loss than it seems on the*surface.

Century Link's amplifying properties have been grossly overstated and in fact many other stadiums including Metrodome have the ability to retain / amplify sound better than Century Link.

FUCK YOU
shitting on the whiners made aldon smith get a DUI

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- San Jose police say 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence

Sgt. Heather Randol said officers arrested Smith after a solo vehicle crash in the city's Silver Creek area Friday morning. She did not give any additional details.

Smith is also facing a civil lawsuit from a man who says he was shot during a party at Smith's house.

Attorneys for Smith and former 49ers tight end Delanie Walker, who is also named in the suit, say the plaintiff, Ronndale Esporlas, exposed himself to "all risks of harm" by attending the party.

Santa Clara County prosecutors say they are considering criminal charges.

RENTON, Wash. -- Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman sure doesn't look like he's headed for a letdown on Sunday.

For the record, Sherman agreed with San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick saying Wednesday that the Seahawks, “get away with a lot of things on defense.”

“We got away with three picks and two fumbles, so five turnovers," Sherman said. “We got away with a 29-3 victory it looked like.”

Lol @ that. We play teams who actually play to win, and you play?

We have room to improve and try to make another SB. While your team struggles to make 500.
Are you a fucking retarded person? Or did you just respond without reading my post? I clearly stated that I think the Raiders will suck this year. My team has zero relevance in this conversation. I'm only talking about the niners and their fans. I said you guys are some cocky ass arrogant douchebags, and it's nice to see you be forced to shut your fucking mouths once in a while. With that said, I will admit the raiders are nowhere near as good as the niners right now. We probably won't hit .500 this year. I'm ok with that, because I'd rather root for a shitty team and have at least half way decent reading comprehension skills than be a person like you.
