He has an 11 game hitting streak now, nice walk-off homer by Ellis today. Glad we didnt get swept, should have won on Friday. Gave up to many early runs.

its cuz your playing good at the wrong time, usually the end of the year is the right time but they played so inconsistent this whole season that theyve been out of the playoff race before the all-star break

next time you see rajai davis steal a base it will be in a tampa bay ray uniform, dont worry tho 2 minor leaugers are headed to oakland now, best player on the team other then the beastly pitching...Suzuki signed a contract extension but i expect him to be next....

wonder what the opening day line up will look like, i will be drunk in oakland anyways

What? WTF are you talkin about? Davis couldnt get on base the tail end of the season and theres no more room for him in the outfield, he's fast, but he's not a better defender then anyone else, and if he's not getting on base he has no value. He wasnt a definitive part of the team, and most of his playing time last uear was because Jackson and Sweeney were hurt.

This offseason has been all good so far, added Edwin Encarnacion that should be a 20+ hr guy, and same goes for David Dejesus...If they keep them thats added pop to their already good pitching staff and defense, and they have money left to go after a bat...if they dont they factor in to trade bait for a big bat, and theyll end up keeping guys like Kouzmanoff whos a solid defender and led the team in hr, albeit only 16. So what youre going to end up with is arguably best young pitching staff in baseball, and deff the cheapest, solid defense, and the prospect of adding a missing big bat with a guy like Lance Berkman, Matsui, Vlad Guerrero, Adam Dunn, Beltre, Konerko, or even a way outside chance at Jayson Werth...Next season should be good, or at least interesting.
