The New Fight Night?

Who all has this game? How good is it ? I almost bought it tonight but I figured I'd ask around first.

buy it...if you are the fan of the first one or just boxing games in general you wont be dissapointed..if you had the first one it took a big step up from that one,especially as far as the controls go with analog sticks,a lot easier to use...and if you have never played the serious its simply as good as it gets,no boxing game touches it

Do they stop the fight in this one? Last one pissed me off when I'd knock a guy down 8-10 times in a fight and they'd let the fight keep going......
