Im talkin bout someone who is always on point and every album is heat.... then for inconsitant im talkin bout someone who is hella talented and makes good music but sometimes they dont come correct on songs, features or albums and dissapoints....
For consitant imma say E-40 he comes hard on almost every feature and album
For inconsistant is prolly Mac Mall just cuz he has like 3 classic albums but he hella fell off lately...rydah J Klyde and Keak are both talented but they both can be inconsistant... even tho u can make a case for almost every thizz artist except for psd and Mistah Fab
