Explain what? Rated??? Rated by you u mean?? I gave u my top 5 QB's in the game and it aint by ratings. I am looking at overall which means talent, ability, numbers etc....This isnt a career contest this is current! To me Favre is not a top 5 QB anymore. Simple as that! Got Em!!

this season which is current... I'm not talking about his whole career at all
QB ratings that take into account completion %, yards, TD to INT ratio, sacks, etc, etc...
his rating is 107.2 this season, only second to Brees, Romo's is 96.2
Favre has more TD's than Romo, less interceptions than Romo... also has a higher completion percentage
Romo did throw for more yards..... that's it
on top of all that Favre's team has won more games than Romo's

I'm not hating on Romo, he's proven to be a very good QB this season... I think he's top 10... and almost top 5... eventually will be top 5 one day... but not yet... if he can prove himself in the playoffs and win a Superbowl this season I'd def bump him up to top 5... we'll see
