It's not just with sports, it's with everything. Paris Hilton. Lindsey Lohan. etc.

The media is HORRIBLE. Each one of these topics they could talk about here and there, but not 90% of the time. All the time they waste ESPN could be talking about other sports - boxing and ufc for example. I mean there ARE other sports other than baseball, basketball and football.

And CNN, et al, will spend the majority of time about Paris Hilton or whatever slut fucked up recently, and then spend like 1 1/2 minutes on Iraq, "And in other news 274 Iraqi's died, 18 US troops, yada yada yada and moving along, Uh oh! Lindsey Lohan caught again! stay tuned for details and our expert celebrity consultants which we will discuss with for the next 30 minutes!"

Priorities in this country aren't in check. People would rather hear about Paris Hilton and Lohan's coke problem instead of the real problems in this country.

yes and whats sad is they implant such rage in people that they get worked up over trivial things when there are plenty things going on in the world much more deserving of such outrage.

I watch espn when Im eatin before work, NFL live was on today that I watched for about 15mins and not a word was said other the Michael Vick shit...I mean there are 31 other teams right?

I turned on ESPN today and according to my digital cable I wasn't just watching sportscenter, I was watching "Sportscenter/Micheal Vick" :ermm:

Man I couldnt agree with you more. I can barely even listen to sports talk radio anymore because all they talk about is vick/referee scandal/bonds. I just wanna watch some fucking sports, not hear about a bunch of controversies. AND when ESPN does feel like talking about something else besides the 'big 3' topics, they have that terrible 'WHOS NOW' segment. Jesus fucking christ that is the worst idea ive ever fucking seen.
