jacka's music is too cold and dark for me. yeah that's nothing new in bay rap like seagram was that way in the old days too but seag had a more west coast sound, i don't think jacka really sounds like the artists that i grew up on. he's a good lyricist but his sound is so brooding and calm i can't get into it.

the jack is the hardest coming out of the bay right now. i'm waiting for this 'street album', only because i need SOMETHING while waiting on the Tear Gas album. i support this dude's music. which is a very rare thing for me to do, most music does not deserve my money. and most of that music i listen to don't get a dime from me as a result.

It has some mixtape qualities, but most of the songs are full songs, so it's almost like an album.
