I see people posting questions in this forum a lot about how to lose weight or gain muscle, what foods to eat.. etc.

so any questions you have, workouts that work for you, your diet plan, foods you eat and all that post it in here.

oh and for the record.... muscle doesn't weigh more than fat, one pound of fat and one pound of muscle weigh the same, except fat is more bulgy and muscle is more compact.

You can't transform fat into muscle, You cant lose weight in a certain spot.. you have to burn it off all. More muscle = higher metabolism which means you burn more calories.

and if you want to lose weight but gain muscle, try strength training.
