In the past 2 years they have probably put out the most material as far as Bay Area artists are concerned. Puttin in much work in the studio.

They always come through on every track and rip their verses. They always sound hungry , its great to hear some passion on the mic from these young cats , thats what we need nowadays. At the rate they are going , by the year 2010 ...... The Gamblaz will go down as Bay Area Legends.

They are the future , dont miss out!

Yeah, The Gamblaz are kind of overlooked...all their appearances on JT's solos ("The Hidden Hand" and "The Get Low Anthem" on SOMETHING CRUCIAL, "Know About It", "Peace Not War", 457 Representaz", "Exclusively" and "The Old Days" on HUSTLE RELENTLESS) were tight, as was their KNOW ABOUT IT CD (with JT) and GHETTO PLATINUM as well.

As far as their two solos, Authentic's was very slept-on--he's improved a lot, IMHO ("Affiliated", "What You Think", "Step Up", "Flip Side", "Reality" and "The Plot" were my favorites). Telly Mac's "Business is Business" wasn't the best production-wise, but it still had some good cuts as well ("It's Crunchtime", "F-R-I-S-C-O", "Talk is Cheap", "Live Freestyle Session").

Do either of them have any CDs planned for this year? PEACE!

Done Deal Ceo said:
Could already be in the works, The gamblaz have a scheduled meeting with me on weds i dont know whats its aabout Big Rich wrote it in on the calender so we'll see.
That'd be dope if Done Deal and Get Low could do some more collaborations, like when Fully Loaded appeared on GLP's THE FAMILY BUSINESS ("The Rain") and GHETTO PLATINUM ("Verbal Heaters" and "After Midnight") and when The Gamblaz were on Fully Loaded's RELOADED ("Out Here").

Also, I thought Authentic (a.k.a Devo) and Big Rich complemented each other well on "The Plot", from Authentic's "Solo Album" last summer. Big Rich also put it down on "On The Run" from JT's "Hustle Relentless" (even if his verse was a little short--oh well, it was JT's CD, after all). PEACE!
