Not me. Things like that don't bother my sleep because things like that are nothing new. I'm majoring in criminal justice and I have to read things like this because in several classes it has already surfaced, I can get extra credit for bringing it in, and if I become a criminologist I will have to deal with situations like this.

Sort of, this is addressing heresy. You know the tempter is not commiting a sin, but the one who is being tempted and accepts it is, right? So if this man were able to meet up with this boy and commit sodomy even if it was consensual, would you now say it was a crime. It's almost the same thing as if I were speaking to a 11 year old and telling her to rub her hole, will you consider that a crime?

However, there are several laws about using computers to engage in sexual "situations" with minors, so I may want to change my original answer to Herest's last question. I'm having trouble getting the legal definitions, though. But as far as soliciting, no.

Florida does not have a law prohibiting sexual conversations (and that is what this appears to be), and so far there is no evidence to suggest that he used the computer to meet with a teen (which is a crime.)
