I believe it`s an official album, not a mixtape.

I only heard "New York Ryder Music", produced by Dj Premier. Dope track, here it is: http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?action=download&ufid=0BAEF43016CDDD38

This track MIGHT spark some controversy, listen to his second verse:

"..New York, we done lost the towers,
but we didn`t lose hip hop, it`s ours,
my New York ryders, come on,
it was born inside us, that`s why my state is the livest.."

He pays respect to a bunch of other cities on the same track though.

Its weak, and its a album not a mixtape. So far everything P.C.P dropped on koch disappointed me.

I got it last week. And he is not in dipset, he is in P.C.P who are affiliates with Jim Jones. He looks like a drag queen on that cover.

^^he probly puts more effort into his beats when they're for his own project...but from what i heard, alot of the time he just throws his beats together real quick & doesn't put too much into them...resulting in shit like "tomorrow," from jus allah's solo. actually, a quote from allah's interview will probly get my point across better. here's allah's response when asked if he would work with agallah in the future:

No thank you. I don't think I want to work with Agallah. When I first got there that was kinda the only producer they had for me. They just wanted to throw me in with the only dude there. Get the cheapest beats possible and rush an album together and put it out. That's how he works though, that's his work ethic. I really wasn't vibing with him on that page. I need a different producer who puts more into his beats. He's really different from Stoupe. Not the style that I was going for, but at least someone who really puts time in his shit. He would throw a beat together in like five minutes. That's cool for some people cause a lot of people work like that, but I really wasn't used to that.
but like i said, he probly took time on his own solo shit tho...how's it sound?

I'm not sure, because not failure with his raps before (if ever) being a coke head.

I just thought it would be an interesting tid bit of information to share since everyone in here seems so enamored with gossip and rumors.

Explain "everyone" to me please....becuase I,for one, could give 2 shits about a rapper snorting coke....that aint my business...
