My uncle violated his probation by using drugs. He has a spot open for him at a free christian rehab. He has been in jail for 5 month's and they just keep delaying it. For somebody who needs treatment and has done the punishment why can't they just send him? WHY SOULD WE TRUST THE LEGAL SYSTEM?

it COSTS the government money keeping people locked up. Nobody profits except for private sector lawyers but i doubt dudes uncle hired a high cost lawyer

But yea, sentencing for drug related crimes should be reformed. Its bogging down the system

^^^yeah he iz safe and not hurting someone or himself.....shits just frustrating and until some of these cats have a real loved one down....They have NO idea..

If you got a loved one locked up shout them out and vent your frustration
with the fucking courts. Tell their story

being that he's on PROBATION,that means he's a repeat offender and prolly thinks he can work the system to his advantage to where he doesnt have to do time and can still have easy access to the streets.


prop 36 gets taken advantage of by many a dopefiend.

I actually think I have a warrant for my arrest, Im starting to get paranoid about answering my door n shit
I got too much shit to do other thann sit in a holding cell until a judge sees me n I find out what I did wrong
Its all over a bullshit community service violation too
