albums shouldn't ever go over 15 songs.....its overkill and the songs end up being just filler.....i think 50's get rich or die trying was the only one that had hella (I think 19) songs and almost every one was good.....I still think thats the last classic album to come out since......shit.....I dunno.....the mid 90's?

This album is tight tho.....top 5 of the year so far, but still not as good as lord willin......some of the beats sounded like throwaway neptunes tracks tho....but I hella be giggin to "Trill"

Sheeeeeeeyit! I would never spend money on any cd that has less than 15 tracks on it. All these fools commin out with 11-14 tracks on the album. What is the point? Limited quality of music? Might as well start releasing EP's and Maxi Single's again. I'm sure i'm the only one that thinks like this. Thank Goodness for
torrents and blank cd's. hahaha

I said they sound like throwaway neptunes tracks....like the ones that other artists didn't like so they just figured "why not give them to clipse"

some of the best albums are short tho. look at wu-tang's first cd was only 12 songs. nas's was only 10 and one of them was a skit. all double albums suck. even all eyes on me had some garbage ass tracks thrown in there.

exactly, they are dope rappers, it all depends on the beats...im sorry, but this album blew balls. im sick of neptunes. its tired, nothins there...they can rap, but come on, "wamp wamp?" what the fuck does have the shit they say mean? it doesnt flow, the beats annoy the shit outta me, the hooks are gay, terrible album... im severely dissapointed and dont understand the hype at all...

Wasn't feeling this at all after the 1st 3 spins, but after a close listen this IS up there with the albums of the year. The beats aren't great, that's true, but the lyrics more than make up for it. plus, the production sounds fine in the car. This is one of those albums you have to let soak.

I was disappointed in this album. With all the hype it got I thought it would be a lot better. Dont get me wrong, it is a good CD. Its more of a 3.5/5 as opposed to a 5. The production is cool although there were a few beats that I thought were kind of boring. Lyrically its tight though except they really need to expand thier subject matter. 12 songs about slangin crack is a little too much...

some of that shit is bangin some of the beats are just awful attempts at being different though. i like the cd and i dont. i give it a 50 50. but the good tracks are TIGHT.
