man i gotta disagree with you on this,...
you take the price of they homes when they first got they homes,...now find out the cost that they are willing to pay for they homes,...


man these folks sold they houses for hella!

and i'm supose to fell bad for them,...grany sitting on a 1/4 -1/2 mill,..for some tore back lot,...

by all means i respect your reserch and everyone oppinons on this matter but i know a few that held out and is now living in the south end and they are really cumfy

panther i respect your reply on sayin race doesnt matter if they know the same life but what about the rich brothas that're helpin sell your hood out? if its all black in the first place theres gotta be some blacks sellin or influencing the selling of property.

i don't want to start a huge argument but from where i've lived in the past...black people need to set goals outside of sports and music, i realize back in the day that was the only way out because there was no help for the poor "minorities" but now theres grants and scholarships to go to school and get a good job working with whitey, the problem is, the few people that do it never come back which is complete treason if you ask me. education sucks in poor areas and thats a huge problem, knowledge needs to become a bigger priority

Young E.A.S.T. i think its awsome what you're doin gettin your real estate liscense to help stop this process mad props to you man.
