well based on that I'd have to say Del or the rest of Hieroglyphics, although I wouldn't even agree with myself on that one.
Hate to say it, but Hiero does have the best number of album sales for bay area rappers...
I'd also say E-40 & Keak Da Sneak...Too $hort would've been there, but you said Lyrics and Lyrical content, which he has none besides the word BITCH!
