4 best bay area albums this year imo =
- Enemigos - Agony and Exstacy
- Ap9 - Reality Check
- new souls of mischief
and
- The Jacka - Teargas


In no order, those are just all tied as my fav bay album.
I still gotta check out that Kilal Tay/Laroo album and also that new SOuls Of Mischef on Monday.

Other dope albums = J-Stalin and Guce album, Philthy Rich, Homewrecka, Telly Mac, Livewire Radio 2, Gonzoe/Awax and Big Rich/Balance

never heard enemigos but Tear gas and Reality Check are not the albums of the year, they are both subpar albums and Id take that Yukmouth/Guce and Stalin albums over those 2 in a heartbeat.

As much as I enjoy Yukmouths music, his last album was no where near Reality Check, Teargas or Enemigos imo.

That Guce and Jstalin is super dope Ill agree with ya on that, but the Yukmouth I was expecting alot better from.

I know a good number of people who where dissapointed with that Teargas, but this is the first ive heard anyone say taht new AP9-reality check is SUBAR, album is great imo

Although I don't think "Tear Gas" lived up to all the hype it had, it probably is the most complete album released this year. Yuk's album was nice because he lyrically stepped his shit up, but the mixing and mastering kinda brought "Westcoast Don" down. I was also feeling Big Rich's album, and Shady Nate's. Philthy was nice too.
