All Out Hogg--I've noticed that, too...

Whether or not Northern/Central Cali "blows up" is open to debate (promotion is key), but at least those who already WERE fans can be proud at having consistently dope shit to enjoy. It's easier to feel safe buying Northern/Central Cali CDs this year. Things seem to be on an upswing--at least in terms of quality, if not sales (of course, the economy dictates a lot of that)...

I dont know where everyone been cause I think they bay been back for a while 2002 had some great releases and this year looks even better.
