02) The Bay, along with the rest of Cali, left when 2pac died
03)No message, record labels pretty much stopped looking this way and started signing east/south artists
04)well, the bay is almost back. more radio play in the past 10 years, more video play on Mtv and BET in the past 10 years, Magazines writing about alot more Bay artists, South and East recognizing certain Bay artists and respecting them. THE BAY IS (ALMOST) BACK
