I don't know if you've noticed or not, but "the bay sound" isn't really the most successful sound - just incase you arent aware of what these bay area artist are selling these days ... http://www.siccness.net/vb/showthread.php?t=222283&highlight=Soundscans ... check that post out.

On another note, "No Doubt About it" is a nice song. Sure, it's not their best ... Sure, they could do better as artist who are actually signed to a major lable with a studio of their own and access to all these and those things that some of you may have mentioned ... but now, the most important part is that you guys listen ... and not only do you listen, but you anticipated and you all contribute your opinions towards the matter. Constructive criticism is always needed!

But hey, you gota admit ... it's by far more acceptable than Yadadamean.

But now, there's much more to come from The A'z - Keep your eyes and ears opened.

i was referring to the beat selection for the majority of their songs. lyrically, yea they rep the bay in every verse, but imo their sound isnt strictly a "bay" sound.

for some cats to be on a major...have time to be in the studio as much as they want...have access to more than the normal artists do...this song is wack! sorry but this type shit makes me mad...when TVT won't even return my phone calls and James Eishenburg the A'z A&R from TVT won't give even a listen to any other shit....
TVT is a New York company and has no business trying to jump on the Hyphy bandwagon....The music companies from the South and the East Coast have been feeding off us way too long and hopefully the A'z downfall will make those scavengers back off.....

ok ok, so ... somebody help me understand if that song can be considered "crap" - what song out from other bay area artist are HOT right now ... excluding anything with Keak da sneak, cause that answer would just make things too easy.
You can argue with siccness people allday its useless most people on here dont appreciate good music anyway the majority dont have their own opinions they just go what with everybody else saying.

With that said this song is average to me beat is ok hook is really weak tho. But that's just me you talking about the bay sound aint sellin which is true but its not like the a'z are being original or bringin something new to the table they just copying a sound that is already out there. They went from a rap version of b2k to killers with tats on they face in less then 2 years.

It's a little hard for me to respond to this one, because in a way ... youre right. but then again, you know ... all that falls into the fault of tryin to keep everybody happy.
